Disgusted with what my mother just told me about her experience at Post Road Service and Tire Center. Today, July 28, 2026 at around noon my mother went to get her car inspected. Without advising her they changed and charged her for new wipers! $35 each wiper. A service that should have just cost her around $36 now was over $100. When my mom told them she already has wipers at home that she can change on her own, they said it was too late since they had already installed them. Even though she never approved the wipers getting installed in the first place. I understand a vehicle needing to meet certain requirements in order to pass an inspection but making decisions for my mother was cruel. How did they know she was going to have enough money? They didn’t care and that makes me hurt for my mother. They took advantage of a 72 year old woman and showed no remorse.

I have brought my 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe here before and as always they were great. I want to highlight the work that happened this week, I came in thinking I had a small oil leak and I was wrong and they found a larger leak and addressed it up front and saved me from having a major issue with my engine and turbo. I left feeling confident in the work and paid a reasonable price.

Highly recommend! Another shop told me I needed to replace all of my brakes to pass inspection, but this shop took the time to inspect them properly and confirmed I still had plenty of brake life left. They were honest, professional, and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Was in an accident last night and needed a new tire fast. They took me right at 7 AM and replaced the tire quickly and efficiently. Silvio also noticed that my inspection was up and did that for me too, probably saving me a ticket. Great experience and I'm glad to have found such a great place. Highly recommend. Edit: Post Road Service did the body work too. I am so thrilled with the results. I was broken hearted over the damage to my car, I never thought it would look the same. Silvio and his guys made it look like new - it's like it never even happened. Cannot recommend highly enought.
